The
construction services department provides a complete range of construction
management services including construction administration and management,
construction inspection, and testing. We also perform detailed inspections of existing buildings,
roadways, and industrial structures. Our
staff includes construction professionals experienced in the review of as-built
drawings, building codes, state and federal regulatory requirements and the
definition of scope documents.
HCL's extensive construction management background enables us to administer
construction contracts, incorporating value engineering with a keen
understanding of local regulations and processing requirements.
