Denver Technological Center
Arapahoe County, Colorado

The Principals of HCL have
been engineers for the Denver Technological Center for over 18 years.
In addition to master drainage planning, HCL has been instrumental in
providing facility maps identifying land available for future development and
identifying existing utility infrastructure.
The Denver Technological Center (DTC) was Denver's first distinctive office
park. Its 68 buildings spread
across a 947-acre site with parking screened from view using tree-lined, 30-acre
"superblocks." DTC is a
prime, suburban office environment.
HCL is providing design and construction management for DTC.
We also provided drainage design and basin analysis for the master
drainage plan for over 150-acres within the Meridian International Business
Center (part of DTC) in accordance with Douglas County’s design criteria.
HCL has successfully completed more than a dozen separate projects
involving survey services (boundary, topographic, architectural and land title
surveys), preparation of legal descriptions, egress/ingress and utility
easements, roadway extensions, and intersection improvements.
