As
part of our on-call engineering and surveying contract with the Denver
Technological Center, HCL has completed over a dozen separate roadway planning
and design projects. Typically, our
roadway design services include surveying, construction plans, permitting, and
right-of-way map preparation.
Our roadway design begins with a concept level feasibility report with probable
construction cost and ends with final construction documents.
Construction management services are also provided at the Client’s
request.
HCL provided design and construction management services for roadway and utility
infrastructure. In addition, HCL
provides surveying services including ALTA, topographic, boundary,
architectural, as well as legal descriptions, facilities parcel maps,
egress/ingress and utility easement exhibits.
