Design
and Construction Management
Denver JetCenter,
Centennial Airport
Centennial, Colorado

HCL provided design and infrastructure for eleven
airport hangar sites. The project consisted of design and construction management
of a new taxi lane for aircraft to access Centennial's runways.
Utility infrastructure for hangar sites and survey planning for
conveyance of hangar sites were completed for future tenants.
Corporate jet activity at Centennial Airport is creating demands that exceed the
capacity of the existing facility. HCL
is working closely with the Airport Authority and Denver JetCenters, Inc. to
extend the taxiway to serve impending development.
The Denver JetCenter project is located in the Meridian International Business
Center adjacent to Centennial Airport. HCL
provided full-service engineering, design, surveying, and construction
management for the project.
HCL is the engineer for the Meridian Metropolitan District, providing utility
services for impending development, and was able to streamline the approval of
necessary construction documents for this project.
The $2 million project was completed in October 2001, and has had great success
in serving the business community.
